If you want to go to the bowl game for WHATEVER REASON go. If you don't want to go for WHATEVER REASON don't.

Everyone has their own reason for going or not and not one person's way of thinking is better or worse than any other fan.

The poster clearly said that fans are satisfied with a disappointing season, implying that no one should go to the bowl game to show the players and coaches that they suck.

Which is beyond asinine.

God dammit don't you go bringing logic in here! Much like most things in life two things can be true, this is 100% correct. This season was a disappointment in what we thought/it could have been BUT most rational people can still realize where this program is and be thankful we aren't where we used to be.

Don't have a budget for a far away destination, but even with a disappointing season I will entertain going to Memphis or Houston. Those aren't that far from me.

CBS says Houston bowl vs Mississippi St.

Both updated as of this morning.

that 247 projection has TCU beating us to get bowl eligible. And then also assumes Texas Bowl takes TCU and Guarunteed Rate takes Tech over us. That would surprise me honestly.

I remember going to that game. That was one of the worst feelings I've ever had at a sporting event. I can't remember ever feeling lower than that day.
