ACC has one, ACC DN (digital network), they mainly play "classics", I see it on Roku Channel-Live TV. I imagine it will be on all the free TV apps like Roku/Tubi/Pluto. I also hope some of our local OTA channels air it on one of their digital offerings, like 9.4 or 15.5 Big12 Studios

When I go to Amazon Prime live channels this shows up on the list now(first I heard of it). ISU v Cinci condensed game at 9:30pm. Quality seems good.

This is a TV thing, mainly replaying "classic games", and a weekly studio show that recaps/previews the conference slate.
I've heard that the former XM Big12 show is now on an app, playing/replaying twice a day consecutively in the morning. Im sure someone here knows exactly which outlet has it.
