Tom Randall had a few years with Dallas. And I voted Dennis Gibson as one of my three. Two huge plays at the end of the AFC championship to get the Chargers to the super bowl.

Keith Krepfle played for 8-9 years, caught a pass in a Super Bowl game, I am a little surprised he didn't make the ratings list used to make the poll.

i will admit a little family bias, but i think he should at least be on the list:

there were so many fewer teams back then, so the drafts were small and it was hard to make it. he would have rather stayed with the Lions instead of getting poached during the expansion draft, but it's also cool to be able to say you scored the Dallas Cowboy's first ever touchdown. he was a Pro Bowler for them, too. i don't think there is another Iowa Stater who has scored more NFL touchdowns...

David Archer was someone that popped into my mind that no one else has mentioned. Had some very nice years with the Falcons.

The passing of Matt Blair got me thinking about who in addition to Matt had solid NFL careers. The players below have the highest 'career values' from pro football reference .com (however that's calculated). I filtered out those who came before the Super Bowl era. Who are your top 3?
David Archer had a notable career.
