Harbaugh is the least exciting hire I can think of as a Bears fan.
I'd actually be intrigued by it although I know he'd burn everyone out by year 4.
Hiring the hot new OC or DC will just be more of the same.

Harbaugh has succeeded in every single stop he’s been to, has shown he can win in the NFL as a head coach. He would absolutely be a home run hire.
I’m done with coordinators and college coaches who haven’t been a head coach in the NFL.
Be careful what you wish for. I know everyone here thinks because mighty Iowa State won only 7 games this year, no one wants Campbell anymore.

I mean if you were going to force me to pick…I’ve been a Cyclone fan for just over a decade, but a bears fan for triple that.
Why not go after Sean Payton? He's a Bear, just like Harbaugh. I'd be happy with either. I'm still holding out hope Virginia disowns Little George and hands the franchise over to and Dan Hampton and Richard Dent. 
No. I was a big Larry Bird fan and was a big Jared Allen fan but only when he joined my beloved Bears. Hence the ISU (for Indiana state and Idaho state, but certainly not Iowa State)
