Bears fired Nagy

If the Ohio State job opens up, I’m not sure Campbell gets offered. If it was after last season I think there was a stronger chance he could have.

Fickell was the interim coach there once before. He makes way more sense than Campbell.

Unless we get rid of pace and Ted Philips it doesn't matter. This is the squad that got us Fox, treatment, nagy.

Chi-CAW-go has proven that it only needs a championship every 100 years or so to go along with a once in a generation team that's competitive.

Be good every 15-20 years. Win it all every blue moon. Sell beer and the people will come.

Surprised they did it mid-season and hopefully the new coach/play caller will be smart and use Monty properly.

I’m a Bears fan, however it bothered me more when he was under-utilizing Monty in games.

Bears have never fired a coach during the season. But the entire team ******* loathes Nagy.

I think Monty has been used just fine for his talents.

Just bad Oline play.

Hopefully he stays healthy enough that at some point he gets to play behind a good Oline/system and really flourish.
 
Unique source on this one. Would be a scoop for the ages. Definitely will make the next 72 hours Interesting for the Bears.

I said this before, but the Bears is the only thing the McCaskey family has in regards to their income (that I am aware of). So their desire to invest and spend the money to win is probably just not there.

But the McCaskey family is what I believe has been getting in the way of the Bears being successful.

Still better then the Queens. And the Bear uniforms are classic and awesome. Everything you said about Iowa is true though ..... :p
 
So the Bear “brain trust “ has made the decision but will let him coach this week? That makes no sense.
