PSU’s d line coach went to South Carolina. The new DC is probably bringing his d line coach from USC.

Grande is a horrible human. I hope if/when Jimmy gets wind of how he treats the specialists, he’s canned on the spot. Campbell looked the other way when he was told about Grande’s disgusting antics

Are we supposed to know what this is referring? I feel like I'm tuned in more than most and have no idea.

Nah, none of it is public. Look at all the specialists who have transferred out. He degrades the specialists behind closed doors. He would routinely refer to them as “scabs.” Tried making fun of one for his grades, in front of the other specialists. Campbell was approached about this behavior multiple times, asked Grande, and every time Grande would say it isn’t happening. Gilbert was an ass kisser and would always take Grande’s side - hence why they/Grande tried to play Gilbert as often as they could

If that true he better get stop it. If he gets fired we may not have special teams coordinator again. Specialists have been one group that stayed for most part though not saying much

I heard on more than one occasion from a coach telling multiple players during film evaluation "your daddy should've pulled out instead of finishing in your mom"

*this was in the 90s when college athletics were different

Funny that Konrardy also called out Grande in his return announcement.
I mean I’ve heard the guy is an ahole as well but that doesn’t mean he’s a disgusting human being. Plenty of college coaches are aholes

Since Grande has been working with special teams (2023-current) there haven't been that many transfers. Last year was it really with Shackford transferring down a level and two long snappers who weren't starters.

Maybe he's an ass, but Perkins stayed his whole career, Konrardy isn't leaving. I'd say specialist transfers are more about getting on the field than him.

I’m mainly curious what former player, that has an ax to grind, is close to or related to Jeff. He’s been posting stuff like this for months and nobody else has had anything negative, first or second hand, to say. Just some I’ve heard he’s an ahole which probably come back to posts by Jeff (which I kind of internalized about Grande too until I went back and looked and it’s just a series of really negative posts by Jeff).

It's there still a bowl game were waiting for an assistant to finish up? Or Just waiting until the portal opens? Or is it still possible there are a few open spots theyre waiting for?

Not disputing this but man that is nothing compared to the stuff Skladany used to say in the LB room.

I am not sure what a "Special Teams Coordinator" role is- we never had much of a special teams unit. You mean they have coaches for that group?

Edit: I see this one has been on staff for 3 years. Must be slim Pickens out there concerning special teams.

Perkins wanted to transfer out the last two years but sucked it up
