Over $200 million will be paid to conferences on April 11, 2018 for 2012-2017 NCAA tournament performance by these schools.

We had a good run of the NCAAs these years provided a big chunk of money to the B12.

Maybe it's early or maybe I'm just dumb but I don't understand this graph. It says 1 unit = $273,000 per year for 6 years and typically divided evenly within the conference. If so, shouldn't every team's bar be the same height?

Nice piece of change, but it seems a low payout when you consider the NCAA received $1.1 billion for this year's tournament.

Pretty amazing and cool that over that 5 year span we had the 2nd largest impact in the NCAA tourney in the conference. Assuming the distributions are paid out based on number of tourney games, how far you advance in the tourney, etc.
