FSN RM and FSN MW are blacked out because those games are the broadcast equivalent of CTN/Mediacom according to the Big 12. Those are classified as "local"/third-tier, and cannot be shown outside the originating state without approval from both participating institutions and the conference office. Otherwise they would be considered "regional", but that would interfere with the exclusivity of the Big 12 syndicated programming.
