Ankeny sports bar

I’d say benchwarmers has the best game watch feel to it. Not the best tv’s but it’s a good bar feel. Who’s on first has a nice set up, I’m not sure what the atmosphere is like though. I also think the OP is decent.
Benchwarmers isn't bad. I'd also add Sports Page to the list.
I've been curious about who's on 1st
I was there a couple months ago. It was okay, but had the vibe of a place that wasn't up to speed yet. I thought they'd been open for at least a couple months by then.
When I still lived in Ankeny we went to the Chicken Coop on Oralabor for games quite a bit
So I had a separate post asking if Wig and Pen was a good pizza place. Do they not have games on?
They do, not bad but it’s more of a restaurant. Not sure I’d go there for the purpose of watching a game.

I’m a huge sports page fan, but I’ve never game watched there.
I ate next to the Godfather once at Benchwarmers. He was a fan of the large pizza free pitcher special on Fridays.
