Ablaut Reduplication

My understanding of Ablaut Reduplication is it is somewhat more understood than indicted in the BBC info spot. It has to do with a hybridization of two human qualities:
The human mind likes alliteration and rhyming (why is another interesting topic). Note most of the phrases listed in the video are of this quality.
The other quality is that we speak exhaling and often from a more physical state of speech to a more relaxed. Like saying Ahhhhhhhh. Notice how it actually sounds relaxing as the speaker actually is relaxing to form the word? The vowels sounds in the phrase list go from a more physical form to relaxed form and thus recapitulate the "law" of Albaut Reduplication.
