Actually looking at the YTTV seettings you can change your location twice per year so I should be able to just change it to SF to watch the game and then change it back to my home location afterwards it seems.

Welp....individual results may vary. This did not work for me on my laptop when I made the change and then logged into YTTV. I do think I can change my home location directly in YTTV to get the SF locals and watch the game and then change them back to my home location afterwards, but you can only do that once so while it may work for this game, you won't have the option for the next one.
There is but I'm not sure how, we had to change it while on vacation in the Black Hills over the summer (I believe it prompted us to) and have never messed with it again, now I get the local channels out of Rapid City. Idk how but it can be done.
The Tennessee Houston game got delayed by an hour, so for those of us with red zone channel that’s another game to share time with that’s going to go in the second window for the beginning of the niners game.
If you have direct tv you may have the sunday ticket for free. Most of my friends who have never had the ticket got it for free this year and I still had to pay even though I've had it for years. This is why I cannot wait to leave. Check the 700 channels.
Not sure that will work changing YTTV home location.

If you have a college student, you can get NFL Sunday Ticket U streaming through their app for $35 for the final 3 games.
What will kcci have on after that?
Admittedly I don't watch that much NFL so I figured any issue was just about overlapping games.
