***2026 NCAA Softball Tournament***

Viewers have been good for TV but without an Oklahoma team the in the seats games have been way down with fans.

Those tx schools are close enough they could travel, I wonder if they draw a more local fan base that go to SB because of the price point.

Viewers have been good for TV but without an Oklahoma team the in the seats games have been way down with fans.

It was absolutely packed Sunday when I was there for the first game. Even with it being 100 out. Granted, that lead to many people clogging up the stairwells looking for the breeze and shade which made it almost impossible to get up and down, but it was a full house.

Wife/BiL/FiL said the night cap was pretty low in attendance though.

I think my wife said that Saturday was a record attendance for that day. The night game had more empty seats but a big reason is there is a youth softball tournament that weekend. A lot of those families have games that morning then come to the world series games and then have to play on Sunday again.

Was Nebraska playing that 1st game? Think they brought a pretty good crowd with them.
