***2026 Minnesota Vikings***

If you have to pay him the money and years his agent will ask for, then yes, you let him go. Don’t get into another Cousins situation.
That makes sense. Do you think other teams are desperate enough to give Darnold 3 years at 100+ million like others are suggesting here?

lol, I’ve seen too many bad draft picks from Minnesota. I hope it’s right, but I think he was by far the worst qb in that draft group. Kok may even know it now. You can leave you McCarthy poster hanging for now.
Not a chance. MIN doesn't spend that draft cap for someone they didn't like.

I mean, some team probably is. QBs get tossed around constantly. There will be plenty of shoppers for him this offseason.

How could you have any idea whether McCarthy is the answer or not. You're either a troll, stupid or both.
Ha! If I really knew I’d probably be on the sideline right now. But I do have an opinion.

Not sure how anyone could think McCarthy is better than Darnold. Unless they trolling

After that performance (offensively by Darnold) tonight...McCarthy has to feel confident that he'll be the guy moving forward. More elusive...strong arm...been a great leader wherever he's been...Time to grow with our franchise QB. That was their plan all along anyway.

Mixed thoughts heading into post season. I thought the team would be in the 5-7 win range, so this season has blown away any expectations. Does that mean anything in postseason play is just a bonus? Before the season, I would say yes. But now, not winning @rams next week would feel like a disappointment.

Meaning if the Vikings lose next week it would feel like a disappointing season, even though they greatly exceeded anyone’s expectations

But realistically, this doesn’t seem to be a SB caliper team.

It's certainly disappointing from the perspective of thinking you're getting a top 8 or so pick that can fill a weakness vs now being in the 20s in a draft where you don't have any picks.

It's a great season from the "I believe KOC is an excellent head coach" side of things.

Can’t understand how KOC never changed up the game plan on offense in the second half. Need to get the ball out early? Naw, let’s keep holding on to the ball with dancer boy Darnold for 5 seconds.
Yeah, Sam was brutal tonight but KOC did him absolutely no favors. The lights were too bright for both of them tonight. Better figure it out quick or the season ends next Monday.
