I wasn’t going to comment tonight because I have so many times this season but the Twins analytics in regard to pulling the starters hasn’t worked this season!

Yup. The annual FA starting pitcher watch will begin shortly. We'll also see what they do at SS, C, and the OF corners.
I doubt they do much with FA starting pitchers. Gray, Ryan and Mahle are a good 1-3. Certainly won't be signing any top guys, maybe someone for the backend.
SS and C are vitally important. Injury recovery should take care of the corner OF spots. Larnach, Kiriloff, Kepler and Wallner should be plenty for those 2 spots.
Would be very disappointed if the Twins don't use some of the Correa/Sano money on a quality starting pitcher.
Yeah 1-3 is good in theory but I would bet a hundy that one of them ends up needing Tommy john.
So what will Falvey/Levine do to show hope for Twins fans going into their 7th year? We can only hope they've figured out the tired arm/reclamation project approach has not worked for them.
With Correa, Sanchez, Sano, Bundy, Archer, and Pagan almost certainly gone, they'll have some holes. I hope they are smart enough to keep Urshela, resign Fulmer, and maybe keep Kepler with his trade value being minimal.

The rotation should be ok, assuming another 4 or 5 guys don't need tommy john, which is possible with this medical staff. A rotation of Gray, Maeda, Ryan, Mahle then one of the other guys in the 5 slot isn't terrible (Maybe Paddock?). They do need a comptent #4 or 5 starter with their injury history with pitchers and preferably it's not someone who can't get to the 5th inning like Archer. I could see them resigning Bundy (I think his deal was just one year) and I wouldn't hate it if he was cheap. He's not great but he had some stretches where he was decent for a #5. They need depth. The real problem with the rotation will be what their going to do after next season.
You just need a bandaid at SS until Royce get's back but someone you don't hate in case there are set backs and you have to use him the whole year.
Correa is gone and I don't care what anyone says.
I can't believe how hard it is to find back up catcher who can just hit about .200.
What's wrong with Gordon at Buxton's backup? I still think they need to shop for a corner outfielder and one that's preferably RH. I have serious doubts that this bone-shortening surgery is going to work for whatever is wrong with Kiriloff's wrist.
And for the love of god, don't sign any old-ass horrible bullpen guys.
I think we already have pleny of arms for the 4 or 5 spot. Ober, Winder, Varland are all options. I'd rather try to get another high end guy, but really focus on the bullpen.
I also don't get why we can't get a competent catcher or two that can hit .230 or so. It doesn't seem like it should be that big of deal to find that...
The Twins have an affinity for low-value defensive position guys and DHs that can't bat .230. If you think they are going to find an actual important defensive position that can actually put the bat on the ball, you might be waiting a while.
Step 1 is get a competent medical staff. The number of guys that can't stay healthy or somehow pass physicals with dilapidated bodies is shocking.
Probably, but how about instead of banning the shift teams start signing guys that are actual good hitters instead of trotting out rosters full of Rob Deer and Pete Incaviglia types?
Agree, we have the numbers, but none of our guys match up against playoff caliber #1s.

Arraez should take the batting title tonight. It's a bright spot for a pretty dismal second half for the Twins.
