MLB: ***2026 Minnesota Twins***

Kaleb Hamilton seriously we have no one better we can bring up? Sano like 6 AB’s with 5 SO’s.

I agree and perplexed how these guys get paid to suck bad. I'm gonna rate top 5 worst this year at the plate:

1) Hamilton- Dude hasn't had a MLB hit.
2) Sano - His injury is a blessing in disguise cuz I couldn't watch him anymore.
3) Beckham - He gone! #1 overall pick?!?!?!?
4) Leon - He can bunt......
5) Cave - He's had some big hits this week, but belongs at St. Paul.

I have always said that this team could make some noise if the clutch hitting all of a sudden comes on. Needed a really nice run to end the season to go into the postseason confident. And to do it without Buxton. Get the sweep today and keep this train a rollin.

I’m hoping there regression to the mean going on in a positive way with hitting with RISP. It’s been so god awful and maybe now it’s trending positively.

They needed Leon's defense, agree on the other four.
Hopefully Buxton and Larnach make it back soon and these back-ups can get back to the bench.

Twins break the jinx-- finally win an Archer start after about nine tries.
Very happy for Nick Gordon. As a top five pick, he's waited a long time to be a difference maker for the Twins.

I swear the White Sox look for every opportunity for a benches clearing brawl every time they play the Twins.

Did I miss why Gordon was pitching in the 8th last night? I know they were down 7-0 and getting no- hit, but damn I don't really like to see the white flag waving.

This team is getting closer and closer to being on life support. woof

With Mahle news, Twins ownership has to be wondering-- Is our medical staff asleep at the wheel or is Falvey overriding concerns they may have?
It can't just be bad luck with the number medical busts that they have had in the last couple of years.

Pitchers are always one pitch away from going down. It's a lot of bad luck associated with every pitcher on the IL unless it's a reliever that a manager overused so much that an injury was inevitable. What grinds me is when a pitcher goes down and they find out that the pitcher himself was hiding an issue thinking, like we guys are wont to do, that whatever it is will just "get better" if we ignore it.

That doesn't completely explain the issues we've seen. These are known issues that are sidelining players. Mahle was on the IL earlier this year for it.

Whether dictated by Pohlad or thinking he's smarter than everyone else, Falvey keeps shopping the scratch and dent aisle. No one is going to hit on everything (look at the Yankees trades), but this FO continues to burn itself by glossing over previous injuries.

No team wants to win this division lol. With the Guardians losing 5 in a row, the Twins are somehow tied with the division lead again

Only down two in the 7th, Rocco's analytics still say-- let's bring in Pa-gone so he can give up his expected homer.
Must be setting things up for game two.
