MLB: ***2026 Minnesota Twins***

Going to the game Wednesday afternoon to see the Twins beat up on the Royals. Anyone know who's should be the SP for the Twins?

Also, with the shift in people working from home, are there any spots open in the ramps by Target Field now for day games? TIA.

Edit; Royals

Mahle. Vs royals. Ramps south of Target Field worked great for me both days games I’ve been up to this year.

Going to the game Friday vs. the Rangers....hoping they are out of this current funk.

Yuck. We need to win the god damn division. I want no part of any of that mess and there’s no reason to not have that expectation.

I mean, I am a White Sox fan. So, I am going to disagree with "your" twins winning the division. (Haha) But, since there are like 5 of us total "Sox fans" on CF, I thought I'd check out the Twins thread.

Just pointing out a lot of good baseball to watch down the stretch here. I think it's cool that MIN, CLE and ChiSox are in a tight race!

Are the Sox finally getting right? From the outside, it seems like they’ve had a super weird year.

Sox have won 5 straight and just won 2 in a row over the playoff bound Astros in games that have felt like post-season play this week. The crowd in last nights home game for the Sox was electric, finally getting to Verlander in the 7th inning and making a great comeback! It's great to see. That hasn't been the SOX M.O. at all this year.

But, the Sox have basically been a quintessential .500 club all year. (Not to mention that Tony has had many questionable management moments this year too.) They're a little healthier now that Eloy is back in the lineup. That helps a ton.

Cleveland has been hot too, as of late. Really playing great baseball. They've been pretty steady.

They (SOX) have to start winning every series from here on out and playing post-season like ball to repeat as the AL Central Champs again. It's going to be tough, because CLE and MIN are quality clubs. It's wide open right now.

It feels like Cleveland is the best team in the division...and an easy team to root for.

We need Kepler to become a threat at the plate again. Will Jeffers play again this year?

Oh look, another pitcher traded for that has arm issues. That’s cool.

Pagan with the win.

I can’t believe I just typed that sentence.
Pa-gone with no dingers was almost equally amazing.
Pa-gone can bring it at 95 or 96, but there's no movement. Don't know if he even had a single swing and miss during his big win outing.

Mahle to the DL. Pagan revealed he’s had these issues all year. How in the sam hell is whoever in the Front Office who’s medically evaluating these pitchers still employed? This person or team of people has been terrible for so long at this that they have done MORE than enough to get shitcanned. It makes zero sense.

Disappointing series to wrap up the home stand! Bats disappeared the last 2 games.
