MLB: ***2026 Minnesota Twins***

The Brewers seem to own the Twins of late. They are just better at every aspect of the game. Although I say the same thing about the Guardians, who the Twins just took 2 of 3. But without Buxton and Larnach the Twins won’t be able to score any runs. Hopefully they are back tomorrow.

Without Buxton, they’re screwed. Some guys are doing ok for now but Buck is the only thing keeping that lineup/ band of misfit toys together.

Yep. The Bell and Caratini signings looked good early on, but they have both been unplayable of late.

Wut… they swept the Sox in Fenway today?!?!?

Watched a Royce Lewis interview and he was asked if he understood why he was demoted. He said it is not his job to understand??? C'mon Royce, maybe it's because you hit .132 with a .380 OPS and a strikeout rate above 31 percent after returning from your injury. I'm glad he's tearing it up at St. Paul, but quit being obtuse.

I was hoping his bust status was something to do with the last managerial staff. With what we’re seeing again this year, sadly it’s just a Royce thing. Biggest overall No. 1 draft pick bust?

In the past 20 years there have been a few that didn’t or barely stuck in the majors. But when you look at all the others, Royce is definitely looking like one of the worst 4-5 in the past 25 years.

I think all the injuries have sapped his talent. It's a shame, I remember watching him play for the CR Kernels thinking he was going to be an amazing talent.

There were times the last three years for the Twins where he looked like a superstar. Between 2023 and 2024 he hit 31 HR in 140 games.
