***2026 Masters Tournament***

This is one thing I despise about the Master's. ESPN and CBS both get way too cute with their camera work/angles and you end up missing stuff. Like I really don't need to see that panoramic view of the tree bark, I would rather see the putt.
Well they had to get ready to cut to an iphone 5 filming a bunch of golf bros in Ireland every other shot.
Missed two of Scottie’s birdie putts, missed leaders collapse on a hole. Had Roses shot wrong on 12 or 13. They cut away to a bunch of teenagers drinking and we missed Rory’s celebration. It was an epic failure for CBS.
Missed Rory’s final four shots, including his putt because of a poor camera angle. CBS has some splaining.
They showed Li finishing at 18 and he was at +1 for the tournament. I thought whoa what happened there!
I don’t think the broadcast crew even verbally mentioned his 10. But I might have missed it.
Exciting tournament but that really was a crummy broadcast. Even for a one foot putt, not seeing the winning putt drop is crazy. The flow was terrible as well.

Watched most of the broadcast and didn't know about his 10 until this morning.
I didn’t hear it. The only thing I remember is them saying that Scottie was waiting for a long time. Didn’t say why.
Absolutely ridiculous that it took so long for CBS to explain what happened to Rory’s ball on his second shot on 18.
They didn’t even know the ball in the sand was Rory’s until he was walking towards it. Might as well have been my buddies and I looking for our ball at the local muni.
Then Immelman said the ball was plugged and the camera cut away. I was like **** if it’s plugged he might not be able to get out. Then they cut back to the ball and the lie was fine.

I thought he lipped it out for a second watching live when he stood there staring at the cup.
There was one point when things were really in the balance, I think around like hole 8 or 9 and they tried to have some dramatic shot behind Young while he was watching Rory putt. Only problem was you couldn't tell at all where the hole was. So you were just watching it roll having no idea if it was on line or going in. They just got way too cute this year.
I was moderately hung over and my heart skipped a beat when I watched it. I seriously thought for a split second he missed it, even though I knew that wasn't possible.
