Let’s hope the ladies show up and show out. Would hate to see another Hawaii after this magical season. With it being close, hopefully some Cyclone Power will show up in the crowd.

We play St. Thomas-Minnesota (21-9) in 1st Round at University of Minnesota. IF we win would play the winner of Minnesota-Fairfield .

If fortunate enough to get out of the 1st Weekend would likely play #1 Region seed Pittsburgh.

All VB NCAA tourney games are on some form of ESPN (with the exception of the finals which I think are on ABC). I would guess our match will be on ESPN+.

High and low flashback to playing in Mpls in 2011. The high was beating the Gophers in 4 sets with the 4th set being 31-29 after beating Milwaukee and Miami to advance. The low, turning around and losing to Florida State in 5 sets. So close to the Final Four. We were the higher seeded team and just didn't play well vs Florida State.

We definitely have the ability to win 2 matches this weekend. I will not doubt CJL, but will be interesting after a lackluster last week of the season.

We moved to southern MN this Summer and just bought tickets to the Friday matches. If ISU advances to Saturday night, we’ll unfortunately be at a wedding reception in Des Moines. I’m hoping for strong ISU representation this weekend - let’s go State!

CJL should be COY but didn't get it, went to ASU's coach

2025 Big 12 Volleyball Yearly Awards Announced

The Big 12 Conference announced the yearly award winners for the 2025 Big 12 volleyball season. The awards were selected by the Conference’s head coaches, who were not permitted to vote for their institution.

If anyone remembers watching the Houston match and seeing Jimmy Butler court side…Jimmy played at Marquette the same time assistant coach Ciara Jones was playing volleyball there. Seems they remain pretty good friends.
