*** 2025 Week 8 (Oct. 14 - Oct. 18) CFB Games Thread ***

We sometimes complain about conservative play calling. But why in the hell was Miami passing? They were already in FG range. Not much time left. The QB had thrown 3 interceptions and apparently another was reversed.

I’ve not been impressed with Cristobal as a coach.

Lincoln is in full meltdown mode.
1st caller on Big Red Overreaction asked for more small donors to their NIL collective.

Just like the announcers said: “You brought Carson Beck here to throw the ball.” :)

I can’t fault Miami too much - I thought trying to win the game instead of going for OT was a good decision. Maybe not the best play call, but … give Louisville some credit. They got the tip at the line of scrimmage and that INT was damn near impossible, the way he kept the ball from touching the ground.
 
I think little JM and I will hit the UNI game today and check out the Dome upgrades. They play that South Dakota team.
