Dude wasn't even honorable mention status for the AAC.

So, do we know what the staff's evaluation of him might be? I have not a clue; if you have a clue, let us know so that we have some idea of his value.

Thanks.

To be honest, the staffs evaluations on defensive transfers has not been good. Other than MJ and Reeder, all the other D transfers have been misses since 2020.
Could be wrong, but also seems like we haven’t brought in as many transfers on the defensive side.

Have they not been good, or they've gotten the best available?

I don't think, imho, that we dare underestimate the mountains our people must climb.

Just a thought, I have no information.

Agreed. Bankston was good for the one season he was in Ames too though.

Busts since 2020 (JUCO players included): Greg Ross, Jaquan Amos, Blake Thompson, Myles Norwood, Treyveon McGee, Jacob Ellis, Jefferson Adam, Tobechi Okoli, Zachary Lovett, Matthew Bess, Ryan Robinson, Kenard Snyder.

If I had a boat load of money and I hated the sec would it be sporting of me to use it to blow up the roster of say Alabama or Georgia?
How much would you need to get ~20 guys from each program to go to, say, Charlotte or Arkansas State?

$10M? $20M? $40M? You'd still need a believable coach though.

Imagine if Ark State had a T.Boone Pickens type with $20B - they could do a LOT of damage. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
