That is a genius strategy!
Step 1: Send in an unauthorized individual to fake fire the employee.
Step 2: The employee that was fake fired quits showing up to work because he thought he was real fired.
Step 3: Real fire the employee for not doing his job.

It would be funny if Kelly shows up for practice tomorrow.

Wasn't one of the stipulations for his buyout is that he had to be working somewhere else? So could Va Tech theoretically pay him $1 a year and Penn State would have to pay his max buyout?
