Are they? Seems pretty well recognized that the bottom of the B1G and SEC are very bad as well.

Well yeah the B1G has 18 schools. Add 2 more schools to the Big 12 and I'd bet the very bottom of both would look pretty similar.
The fact Missouri was ever ranked in the top 10 was a joke.
BC losing to VA doesn't help Mizzou either.
LOL. A&M still has the D starters in the game. And camera catches one of them with the worst fake injury flop ever.
Missouri has the same problem as Ole Miss. I don’t think a 2-loss Missouri makes the playoff, UNLESS they beat Alabama.
Expect Texas A&M to jump into the top 10 after this.
Check out ole miss and mizzou’s rankings in the polls compared to teams like ISU. Iowa last year is another good example of teams that beat up on the bottom of these conferences and stays above good teams from the fringe conferences
Army/Navy both undefeated. It would be cool as **** if the Army/Navy winner represented the G5 in the playoff.
Wasn't Utah top-10 until they lost? I don't doubt there's bias in the polls but your examples of Mizzou and Ole Miss started the season top-10 in the preseason polls, while ISU was unranked. Of course it's going to be harder and take longer for an unranked ISU to climb the polls than a top-10 ranked Ole Miss and Mizzou to maintain their spots by winning. Just another reason preseason polls are usually complete BS.
Utah fell a lottttt farther than ole miss after losing to a similar opponent. Hawk glasses off, you can’t tell me that the B1G and SEC don’t get the benefit of the doubt when their schedule is full of the bottom of the conference teams…. Yes they’re elite at the top but the middle and bottom is rough and large
The B1G has 5 elite bluebloods. Of course they get the benefit of the doubt. In my last post I agreed that there's a definite bias in the polling. My earlier point was just that the rock bottom of the B1G, SEC, Big 12, and ACC are pretty equally bad, but am being told that the rock bottom of the Big 12 is head-and-shoulders better than the rock bottom of the B1G.
I’m biased but I’d say the middle to bottom of the big 12 most years is stronger than in the B1G and SEC. The top of the conference isn’t even an argument tho
