I disagree with whomever decided to have the Pac 2 revenge games kickoff at the same time.
Fun morning going from watching cocks to beavers
On a given year they have 2 or 3 national championship caliber teams and the other conferences usually have just one or sometimes none. After that it's not wildly different than other conferences.
Missouri was not wildly better at home today than Boston College. They're good but they'd just be another team in the Big 12, not starting out at #6.
Since the playoff is still small even at 12 I'm fine with them getting more bids, if it was a 24 or 32 team playoff there's no reason they should get a ton more bids than other conferences.
Okay, I don't hate that matchup. Going to flip over and check it out. Hometown Gophers are boring me to point of taking a nap.
I'm seeing a surprising # of Indiana fans roaming around Los Angeles today. I was hiking in mountains this morning and saw lots of people in Hoosier gear. It's not quite the level of when teams come for a Rose Bowl but way more than other UCLA games where you barely know a game is being played.
When the teams with actual passionate football fans play here they are gonna take over UCLA's stadium. Always easy to get tickets, beautiful setting/stadium, perfect weather. It's gonna be like a regular season bowl game for Big Ten fans for at least a few years.
