ya. i know its not supposed to be that way. i feel like the committee would still target one of those teams you mentioned.It wouldn't automatically bump a BiG team. Would replace whichever team is in the lowest slot (or at least close to lowest). (It could be a Big Ten team by coincidence, it Rutgers/Penn State happen to be in that position.)

It gets mediocre P6 teams in the tournament because they are just good enough to win 4 or 5 of their 15 opportunities against good teams.
