Yeah, haha, initially I'm thinking of just through Turkey Day but the onslaught of football rivalry games puts it over the top.
The other ones are major bowl week and NCAA tourney first round but those have both lost their luster.
My gosh, the gift that keeps on giving. Iowa loses a top 10 draft pick and they end up potentially being the same or better this year.
On the heals of their football team pulling crap out of thin air also. Couldn’t they just join us in the toilet of misery?
Kevin Brown and Robbie Hummel are doing the ISU Villanova game, and then Roxy Bernstein and Walton are doing one of the semifinal games, the consolation game, third place game, and championship game.
Hummel is ok but he always sounds like he’s talking way louder than he needs to.
Kris could have went this past offseason if he wanted…. But he’s definitely looking like a top 10 pick right now. Those brothers are fantastic athletes.
Saw Texas was playing so I checked the box score and clicked on Hunter and was surprised to see he is only averaging 2 assists per game. Everything else he is doing great at. Was just surprised to see that assist # so low with how good of a player he is and the weapons he has around him.
As with any Iowa basketball team under Fran, let the season play out.
They hated getting guarded last year and will this year too.
You do remember we beat them by 21 and made it to the sweet 16 while they went home before the first weekend, right?
