KU not coming out firing on all cylinders like I figured they would.

So they'll wait until Saturday.

#7 and 8 on ESPN+ FTW.

First...I am NOT saying Kansas State is bad. At all. They are good and sometimes very good. Similar to us in that way. But when they aren't 'on' they look very very mediocre. I said last week something about them just screams early exit in March.

They're tied for first but not for long the way this game is going. Then they host Texas on Saturday. Then they host TCU. Will be interesting to see where they are a week from now. Still in first or maybe sliding a bit?

Lampkin playing tonight and on a bad ankle, stepped weird before half was over and hobbled/sprinted to locker room.

You have to wonder if they can hold it together to get in the tourney.

They're kind of hodge podgey, if that's a thing.

Big 12 race essentially down to Kansas and Texas at this point.

I wonder what it would be like being a Kansas fan where you know how it will end up because other teams blow 23 point leads against the bottom teams in the conference and you sweep instead.

They are a really good team but they aren't great defensively. They have really struggled to get stops against the teams at the top of the standings.

They're a better version of last year's team. Too reliant on 2 guys. Not as good defensively but better on offense.
