GFD. Seems ridiculous to be able to go back almost a minute for a review. There should be a 30 second limit. If the challenged call or missed call occurred more than 30 seconds ago it shouldn’t be reviewable.
I'm new to hockey, but with sports betting betting a thing now, I'm willing to give it a try. Who should I be putting money on and why?
Pound the under on all these games. teams offenses haven’t been gelling that much since the break. For a while the first team that got 3 goals won the game, so it was a safe bet to get the under at 5.5
I think Colorado wins the cup but they are a favorite. To make any money I would ride Boston in their individual series and for the Cup.
Hockey has the most parity in pro sports so the playoffs are always a crap shoot.
last year Tampa Bay has the second best record in the history of hockey and got swept in the first round of playoffs.
dark horse bets, since Colorado is probably the favorite at this point.
if I had to bet on a team. I would go Islanders. They have a real tough defense with a young play making forward that can fill the net in Barzal.
their coach won the cup 2 years ago with the caps so he has experience going the distance. Plus it doesn’t hurt they have a few Minnesotans Like their captain on the team
.Philly is good too, but I fear they don’t really have a game breaker that can carry them to the finals. They have good players but no superstars imo. I think scoring by committee only works until you meet a good defense plus goalie.
out of the west, Vegas is a trendy pick. However, I don’t know how good they really are because it isn’t like Chicago was a real test for them. I want to see them against a team that can really punch them in the mouth.

Other than game 1, Dallas never seemed comfortable and made way too many mistakes defensively and had a ton of lazy passes that cost them. Their offense seemed to be throw a bunch of crap at the wall and see if it sticks. Also too many penalties (some questionable ones that cost them big time too, but whatever...). Tampa Bay played like a team on a mission and the results tell the story. Congrats to them.
The series was basically over as soon as Stamkos stepped back on the ice for the first time in months and promptly put the puck in the goal. Dallas might have stolen game 5, but they never recovered the momentum after that goal.
