Trubisky gets to enjoy free agency. He's the lucky one. Bears fans like me are stuck with this franchise.

Am I crazy to say he may be done in the NFL entirely. That Heinecke kid is like the 4th string qb for WFT and has been in the nfl for 25 minutes and looked better.

I could see him floating around as a backup.

It's not all a QB thing though for the Bears. Imo the defense is overrated and the offense in general is usually disjointed.

Bears would have pushed on the point spread if they'd kicked the extra point. By rule is it normal to not kick in that situation?

They changed it after the Viking Saints game a couple years ago when they had to trot out 11 randos to take a knee

Perhaps they should just keep it to 6 teams at least if the Bears are involved.

They don't belong.

They played the Saints. They were supposed to lose. What about the freaking Seahawks? They were supposed to win, but lost to the freaking #6 Rams with a broken QB. Maybe they didn't belong.

Bears fans everywhere rejoicing that they weren't the worst team on the field today. Absolutely insane performance by CLE already.

Chicago professional sports franchises are about the most unlikable group around.

Cubs, Sox, Bears, Bulls, & Blackhawks?? Not a good team to follow in the bunch.

I'm not a White Sox fan but they should be pretty good this year and beyond.

Until I see serious changes in the leadership of that organization I'm not got to get that emotionally invested in them. It's just a rudderless ship.

It stinks to go through but I think they need to rebuild everything from the top down if they ever want to be an actual serious contender year in and year out. Not some fluke 1 year team that maybe wins 1 playoff game.

And yet they've had some of the most beloved teams in pro sports history. I feel the way you do about the state of Wisconsin and Detroit.
