    I think it's been said that Iowa St bball will not use the extra 2 scholarships because it would have an effect on scholarships in other sports. I don't know the exact details.

    I usually don't get all "fan boy" when it comes to hoping Iowa St players go to my favorite NFL team (Chiefs) but I'll be crushed if Noel becomes the next Puka, and he's not playing for my team.

    Most coaches, especially the younger ones, are ultra competitive, and have a drive to be the best. Sometimes that takes priority over "loyalty."

Totals are obviously higher for Cluff, but looking at advanced stats, and rebounding % : Cluff at SDSU led D1 in defensive rebounding at 32% and was 25% total.     Maybe, but he scheduled visits with Purdue and Iowa St. Not exactly the richest of NIL programs. Given his ranking and efficiency numbers, I would think he could leverage for much more money some where else.
