Are you a premium subscriber? Plenty of news back there. Complaining that something free isn’t good enough is quite the decision.

That would be quite a decision by the staff to freeze out an ally that you will eventually need when things go awry at some point.

I’m less concerned about kids from schools other than Washington State. My understanding is that many of those WSU kids were on campus on Friday and Saturday and obviously a selling point has been the WSU defense from last year. It’s not panic, but being a bit concerned Isn’t uncalled for.

With all due respect when you have 60+ openings to fill and you are 15% into the portal window and signed a total of 3 impact transfers there is going to be a small bit of concern especially given that multiple insiders on both here and 247 believed we would 12+ commits and announcements by...

I guess that is why Washington State lost to Oregon State this year. So stupid.

He will have three years. If we haven’t reached 6-6 by Year 3 then there will need to be a move. I do think Rogers should be able to get us back to that level.

17 players into the transfer portal and 16 decommits from our class. We have a single commit from Washington State’s class. We are 32 players in the red and I’m guessing we see another 10-12 before the end of the month.

“Aren’t afraid of those limitations for now.” I fixed it for you. It’s really easy to say this is great going from 2 million to 13 million. But now you have to compete against Texas Tech, BYU, Kansas State not the likes of Colorado State and Oregon State. To say that Rogers won’t be frustrated...

Not shitting on anyone. If you are going to give credit for the efforts against JMU, Ole Miss and Virginia don’t we also want to provide the context of North Texas and Oregon State.

Wayne Morgan went from head coach to selling Dish TV. I think comparing his career arch in his mid-50’s versus that of Mouser in his 30’s is a bit reckless. Feels like you have a significant axe to grind against Mouser.

He played Ole Miss and James Madison. Virginia didn’t make the playoff. He beat a really solid Toledo team and got waxed by North Texas. He also had one of the worst losses of the season in losing to Oregon State. The three best performances of the year were all losses. I get why some are...

My hope is that we have much better options in the portal or roll with Moberly. Spending 1 million on a mediocre Sun Belt QB isn’t the answer.

Williams & Blum: The transition sucks, but better times are ahead

I would temper expectations with Rodgers interacting with families and kids.

Williams & Blum: The transition sucks, but better times are ahead

It’s always important for JP to flex as the most important figure in Iowa State athletics. When coaches surpass him they are typically on the clock.

Williams & Blum: The transition sucks, but better times are ahead

Personalities are vastly different. Rodgers is on a different part of the spectrum.

It appears Rodgers is interested in less than 5 of the recruits from 2026. It will really be interesting to see how he puts together next year’s roster.
