Thanks for the encouragement. You arent telling me anything we dont already know. It was/and still is hard at times to keep jeff pointed in the right direction. The biggest thing now is keeping him grounded and humble. Notice he isnt doing to many press conferences anymore? he not ready for them yet. we think he comes off as being arrogant. so we told him to cut back on them until he can take some classes on public speaking. he will still do them, but not all the time.
