Proposal at the Knight Commission to codify revenue distribution for Olympic sports

The Knight commission can gfts. Unless the other stuff gets fixed first, Olympic sports are screwed. Most fans are tired of carrying this much of the load. And funding Olympic sports at the expense of FB and MBB doesn’t appeal to many.
