Have we had any clarification on this? Roster lists him as a Senior. Played 1 year at Utah Valley. 2 years at Polk State, which I believe is a JUCO. So according to the new rules, he should have 3 years to play here, correct?

Iowa State is assuming he is a senior. The JUCO eligibility deal was an injunction that was supposed to phase out after the 2025 season. It is still in the courts however.
