By NBA rules that’s an offensive foul on the shooter. There’s a lot of NBA haters in this forum, but the NCAA would do well to adopt this rule.
In all fairness, Wigginton did it a ton. His was a little more subtle, but because he jumped forward so much on his jump shot it got him a lot of FTs.

Zion is getting to be a problem to officiate as well, although not in this way.The classic big man version of this was Karl Malone knees you in the balls several times a game and it’s a foul on you.
