Was just about to post that quote. I mean, he did lose, and got put on his back. I hope they meet again
I’m fine with this, it’s probably what he should say about a teammate like Aaron Brooks, but I still hope Marcus uses it as fuel.
His other quote about us peaking last night was just ignorant.
Not only put on his back but certainly appeared to be stuck but the whistle never came.
I said this in the other thread about that rerod. And I think it bears repeating:

Listen, I'm super jacked up for Coleman, but he probably doesn't win 2 matches in a 5 match series with Brooks. But a win is a win
Thanks for posting. All wrestling press is good IMO.
That said, it reads to me like the author of the article isn't that knowledgable with wrestling which isn't overly surprising. I'm very excited to see if we can continue to improve and "peak" in March. That's a scary thought for our opponents. Enjoy the ride.

Or if we wrestled them again without missing 3 of our starters. I think that keeps getting lost in some of this.
I once made a long putt that I had to putt 10 feet past so it would come back down the hill and in. One of my playing partners said. " I bet you could never make that again". I said. " Maybe not. But I don't have to".
