Honestly hope it’s not serious first and foremost, but as I have said numerous times on here, Will Howard is the guy who should have been starting all along. That team is scary good when he plays.

I honestly think they win the Big 12 with him in there now. He could still have a bad game like anybody, but watch their offense with him in there, and they are completely different.

Howard likely won the job with a B12 championship game hanging in the balance. Klieman had earlier been trying to protect his redshirt. And AMart was brought in to manage this talented team. We talked about that a long time ago.

Anyway, you guys know as well as anyone that having a talented backup is really important. I remember when Purdy came in the first time. K-State has no one behind Howard should he go down again.

Martinez was never going to succeed because his coach couldn't care less. I hate Nebraska, but even I feel slightly (very slightly) disturbed on how Frosty took advantage of his status as the golden boy who's **** didn't stink. Makes me wish Laurence Phillips were still alive to haunt his soul.

I actually liked watching Martinez have a great season. Just because it pissed off Nebraska fans and was basically an F you to them.
