Not just a bad person or the villain...a character who was just annoying or sucked.

First to come to mind are Ana Lucia from Lost and Lori from Walking Dead.

Director guy in Tropic Thunder. He was literally the only unfunny character in the movie. Until he died which was admittedly a funny scene.
