Iowa State head coach Matt Campbell took the microphone on Tuesday to preview his team’s matchup with SE Missouri State this Saturday at Jack Trice Stadium.

There was one thing about Campbell’s comments that caught my attention. He said (I think here) that Hunter’s camp performance was the best by a QB he’s ever seen.

That’s cool, but after a second I was like, “Wait, what about JJ’s?”

Maybe he just meant, “up to that point”?
