There needs to be growth in the coaching staff and the team, including development of player and recruiting of better players. To take that next step ISU needs to get better line play, period. I like that they are looking in a new direction is some of the coaching assignments, and that they made a strength coach change. Clearly there are some issues that are going to have to be fixed to get to the next level. Glad that CMC not only sees things need to change, but has the courage to make those changes.
