Chex mix. The stuff my mom makes is so addictive with whatever combo of stuff she put on it before it bakes.

Those peanut clumps covered in chocolate and Ritz crackers peanut butter sandwiches covered in almond bark right up there too

My MIL has been having some health problems the past couple of months, and out of several of the treats she usually made, she was only able to make peanut butter balls. So, husband asked her to email the recipes for everything else, and he'd make them. So he made...

Two tone fudge (chocolate and butterscotch)

The only help I gave was with the fudge so that both the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips could get melted into the base mixture while it was warm.

Everything came out great. Fudge was the most worrisome, but it got his mother's approval.

He also made his "family famous" Chex mix.

I didn't think he could do it, but he did it all in about 36 hours.

Unfortunately, we may be responsible for all this for future Christmases to come.
