Are you kidding? Darrius Rucker sings like an old bullfrog croaks. Definitely not talented. And I've watched too much of Steffani on The Voice to be impressed by her singing. She is just not that good on any song, except the one where she doesn't have to sing, but raps instead. Hollaback Girl? Is that the name of it?
I won't go back and forth but this is objectively wrong. Like you don't think he objectively is singing when he holds notes. Wild.

He sounds like he sounds but people that don't think he's talented are just not a fan of the music or something and are purposely being stupid.
I was just going to say Sum 41 (and Blink 182 to a lesser extent, though I think their songwriting is much more clever and catchy)
Basically, the punk innovators get a pass on musicianship from me because their combination of sound and message and energy was really compelling.
But channeling that same spirit into 1990s commercial punk pop drivel? Blech….
Early Blake Shelton was good. But kinda like Samson of the Old Testament, he cut his hair and lost his talent.
A lot of good country singers went douche, and I'd probably do the same for that kind of money. Brad Paisley , Eric Church , Tim McGraw, to name a few.
Let's be honest.... all of Poison is not good musicians.
CC Deville is a great guitar player and that’s coming g from someone who hates poison.
The whole band Black Eye peas is probably the worst ever. Maybe one guy has talent but as a group it’s just bad
Also some of the bad singer some have mentioned used to be great singers. Axl Rose was a fantastic singer. I think some of these people get judged by the old guy versions of themselves and that’s not fair. Think of your 70 year old dad or grandpa trying to sing
Ringo had/has one of the greatest feels for rhythm ever. Lennon and McCartney never told him what to do, he'd just sit down with their melodies and the rhythm just fit. Plus his solo stuff is criminally underrated.
You take his feel away and The Beatles aren't The Beatles.
I've read several books on the sunset strip and the 80s scene. Every book said Poison was the worst, least talented band out there. The only reason they got signed was because all the chicks lined up outside the clubs to see them. It wasn't because of their talent.
Everyone after about 1986 on the sunset strip scene basically sucked and were just Motley Crue rip off bands that didn’t have Mick Mars in them. Really not good stuff. Tesla and Cinderella are the two most underrated bands of that era
I saw Poison in CR in the mid 90s. Got the tickets cheap. It was so bad. They had a sound tech issue and Bret Michaels was yelling eff this and eff that, trying to sound cool and it just came off as lame. Damn Yankees opened and they were kinda awkward but hearing Tommy Shaw sing was cool. That guy has a great voice.
I'm a big fan of Tesla, Radio Controversy still gets a decent amount of play-time. Cinderella on the other hand, I can't stand. His voice is just too shrill for me.
I had zero appreciation for Dylan’s music for years. Thought he was sanctimonious and overrated. Caught a couple of his shows in the last few years. Changed my mind He’s a great storyteller and a poet.
Stevie Nicks had a show at Hilton once and fell off the stage twice because of drug use. Had to cancel the show before intermission.
Was there. It was awful. She also said "It's great to be here in Des Moines, tonight." WOOF.
