Canada
Drove the Al-Can hiway from Alaska to the U.S. fun drive if you like wildlife and mountain views.
Liard River Hot Springs is a must stop for a soak and great setting.
Also back before you needed a passport jumped the Minn Canada border and drove up to the highest water fall in Minn. Back in the 80s it was easier to get to from the Canadian side. Saw there is a nice trail on hte Mn side now.

There are only two things I can’t stand in this world: people who are intolerant of other people’s culture, and the Dutch.
Personal. Actually my wife has visited more countries than I have as she traveled extensively before we met 25 years ago. In Mongolia we slept on mats on the floor of round tents(gers) and ate goat/sheep organ meat washed down with fermented mares milk.
… but the Dutch make for the world’s best hydro engineers. Guess that’s what happens when most of your country is below sea level.
In order of my favorites.
1. Brazil (family is from there, so not your typical tourist visit when we go there).
2. Greece (loved Athens, Mediterranean food is amazing, and cost of everything was pretty low).
3. Spain (only spent time in Barcelona, would like to go back and explore more of the country).
4. Italy (Sicily only - next time the plan is to go and spend a few days in Rome as well)
5. Switzerland (Zurich was by far the most expensive place I’ve ever been to. Basic air bnb was the cost of many luxury hotels in the US. The views in Switzerland are absolutely stunning. Loved the train ride that we did, but other then sightseeing I’m not sure there was much more to do as I’m not big into hiking/skiing etc)
6. France (probably not a 100% fair judgement - spent about 8 hrs exploring Paris while we had a long layover in France on our way to Greece).

I'm at 38 so far. I'm in my early 30s age wise. Mix of personal and work. Need to do more Asia and Africa to get those numbers up.
Next obvious ones on my list are Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. Planning a trip next year with at least a few of those.
