Are you expecting kegs or for them to pour the contents into a cup first?
They typically open them upon purchase.
Much easier and quicker for cashier to get them to the lines.
*Some* places have had issues with beers being thrown but it's been rare.

Especially those 11 am games! You can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning!It’s important to stay hydrated during those early season games.
Club seating looks like that everywhere. It's part of the deal. Say 'Thank You' for the revenue and move on.
