After winning, Wyndham only cared about his family/friends. Can you blame the guy for not acknowledging the crowd after how they treated him?

Haha, this is why I can’t take golf seriously. It should be a sport, for fans to enjoy, have fun and heckle players. Ever been to a hockey game and sat near the glass behind the opposing goalie? Ever been to a baseball game and sat in the right or left field where you are literally a few feet from a player? The ridicule I heard Harold Baines take when I sat in right field in KC during a Royals White Sox game was brutal. The whole goal in baseball is to heckle the batter into swinging at bad pitches. Suck it up ***** boys.
Golf isn't football, basketball, hockey, baseball, etc. It's a sport based on decorum. If that isn't your thing then that's cool, but it is what it is. Going all Happy Gilmore at the US Open isn't a thing.
