This collusion conspiracy is hilarious. That said, a Big 12 referee should never engage with the fans during a game, no matter how much they might be heckling him.

Maybe someday they get that elusive B1G call they expect. If they do, good for them. But I bet it’s a partial share. And they’ll wonder if the cost cutting and PE was really worth it.

You have to wonder if they overplayed their hand. Two Rose Bowl losses in a weak PAC had them thinking they were the big fish coming to the XII.

They’re selling out. And BYU’s ascent and $$$ seem to have the Utes ready to crumbl in Salt Lake City.

If cost cutting and PE got ISU in BIG on partial share, it would absolutely be worth it

I guess if the B1G decided they need a team from every state, at one point the Utes would get an invite. Other than that, I just don't get the idea that they are a big draw for for the Big 10. 3.5 million people in Utah, but the other thing, I never hear anyone outside of Utah talking about the Utes.

I don't think I've eve seen anyone in the Midwest wearing Utes gear or any other state that Utah for that matter. Seems every state I go to, if I spend more than a day there, I run into someone with Iowa State gear and get a "Go Cyclones" from at least someone. And I know we are not getting an invite to the B1G.

I would think if anyone were getting poached from the Big 12 to the Big 10, it would be a Texas team or one of the Arizona schools as those are much more populated states and that's really all that matters anymore since no one left is a Blue-blood school that has a national presence.

If the Big 10 wanted Utah, they would have taken them already. They have who they wanted from the Pac.

Well, I did find these Utah Utes cornhole boards at Warehouse Bargains in Muscatine. Even bought a set.

Then promptly (well, maybe not so promptly) turned them into these much more attractive pair.

outstanding work there. Decals? Or paint? What did you do to surface them?

My old ones are paint with decals and then lots of polyacrylic. But they are wearing.

hand painted (15+ hours). I printed images off internet, used carbon paper to trace onto the white painted boards, then hand painted all of the little sections.
My biggest regret is not sanding off the Utah decals first. There is the very slightest outline where those decals are under three coats of white paint (no color shows through, just a very slight decal edge outline).

I still have to paint GO CYCLONES on the edge and then clear coat them.
