I love TJ and think he's a great coach. However, I've always viewed him as a CEO/motivator and that his assistants were running the show during the game. He goes to his assistants A LOT and in a lot of big situations TJ wasn't even leading the huddles during time outs. I've always wondered how much of the X's and O's was truly him and I guess we will soon see. Blount and Green were the two guys I saw him turn to most frequently and they're now both gone in the same offseason.
That said, I have complete confidence that if he is as good of a CEO as I believe him to be, he will make more great hires.
