Ultimate troll opp for TJ...get a hold of Tangs agent "We understand your client is not employed....our in game, real time scouting has dropped off since a few student managers graduated....would you client like an opportunity? That dude got dealt a tough blow on the hair. The hair he's got is still thick and great, it just moved too far back on his forehead. Too much there to go with it and not enough to have it not be noticeable.

The true no man's land of male pattern baldness.

I love TJ and think he's a great coach. However, I've always viewed him as a CEO/motivator and that his assistants were running the show during the game. He goes to his assistants A LOT and in a lot of big situations TJ wasn't even leading the huddles during time outs. I've always wondered how much of the X's and O's was truly him and I guess we will soon see. Blount and Green were the two guys I saw him turn to most frequently and they're now both gone in the same offseason.

That said, I have complete confidence that if he is as good of a CEO as I believe him to be, he will make more great hires.

The bold is not true.

The huddle timeout structure was as follows:
1. Schmidt talks offense, then
2. Blount talks defense, then
3. TJ comes in
