Well, it's not like he has enough experience to be able to know the kinds of adjustments teams make.
It’s sad our current best two starters began the season in the bullpen.
I don't care that he's signed through next season, there has got to be a point soon you just eat the money and release him if he can't string together some clean outings. He can't be trusted in anything but mop up duty so far yet Craig keeps throwing him out there in close games for some reason. We went through the same crap with Pressly last year.
This Ben Brown turnaround has been unbelievable. He was honestly the last player I thought would have this kind of quick turnaround.
If he wasn’t so good with his glove he would have definitely been benched already
Too many here wanted to kick him to the curb much like Palencia the year before. I vehemently defended saying you can’t give up on a young electric arm like his but I had no expectation of results like this.
That could not have been anymore perfect. Those shirtless losers won't ever top the ones in Jack Trice against Arizona State this past season.
I'm too lazy to look it up, remind me who we traded to get Ben Brown, was it David Robertson or Nick Castellanos? Either way, excellent deadline trade.
I am not surprised Brown has turned into a dude, he’s always had the stuff. But I am surprised he’s doing this as a starter. I thought he could turn into a great high leverage bullpen guy but he’s been nothing short of incredible through his first few starts. Really fun to see. Time to go on a huge tear PCA
