Reddit owners are still reporting issues on new models. I think they extended the warranty on some older models to 15 years.

Funny enough we got a letter in the mail extending the warranty on our ICE telluride to 15 years/190k miles due to some oil leak issue.

oil leak or oil burn? our Palisade started a bit at 80k mi, and went full 2 stroke at around 120k mi. have read or saw somewhere the new gen went to a combo port/direct injection to help fix that.

Not sure if anybody is looking right now but I'm seeing some steals around me for Lightning Flashes with the 123kWh batteries. There's 5 of them listed at the local dealership for $55k.

I got my new meter installed, which took 5 minutes and didn't interupt the power. Starting June 1st we'll see these new rates. After a year I can switch back if it didn't save money. I'm going to adjust the air from 1-6(pre cool 12-1), try not charge the Tesla until after 10pm, and run appliances outside the 1-6pm timeframe.

Rate Type New Rate RST (Time-of-Use)
Basic Service Charge $8.50

SUMMER RATES (June - September)
Summer On-Peak Energy Charge $0.21
Summer Off-Peak Energy Charge $0.07
Summer All Other Hours Energy Charge $0.09

WINTER RATES (October - May)
Winter Base Daytime Energy Charge $0.08
Winter Discount Tier (Over 1000 kWh) n/a
Winter Off-Peak Energy Charge $0.07

Rate Type Standard Rate RS (Flat)
Basic Service Charge $8.50

SUMMER RATES (June - September)
Summer On-Peak Energy Charge $0.11
Summer Off-Peak Energy Charge $0.11
Summer All Other Hours Energy Charge $0.11

I read somewhere online that this would be a really nice looking $50k Honda, and I thought that was a perfect synopsis.
I wouldn't go that far. But it doesn't scream sexy Ferrari either...

Jag is coming out with the Type 01 and same. It's not a Chrysler 300, but it doesn't say Jaaaaag to me.

I drive a Jag SUV. The guy in charge at Jaguar must be a complete moron. That looks like a cross between a camero and Chrysler 300. Heard they are also asking like 200K for any new Jag.

Yeah I could go on and on about what they are doing there to wreck the brand.

They would have been better off to take the old XJ6 or XJ8 design and just replace the petrol with electric. Literally the exact same car but EV drivetrain. Now that would appeal to old farts (like me) who like their grace, space, and pace. Jag has been missing the grace for a while now, imho.

If I could put an EV drivetrain in my XK8 I absolutely would.

The former Chief Design Officer from Apple oversaw this, it's similar to the renderings of the Apple Car that never happened. Surprised Ferrari let him go so far away from their traditional designs.
Wait…your handle. Is it related?

Spent the weekend with friends driving them all to different charging stations to hook up. Must admit the self driving TESLA freaked me out. At the hotel the guy forgot where he parked hit a button on his phone and the car picked us up. then he told it where to drive to and it got us there.

So you just drove from charging station to charging station? What am I missing?

Also, he didn't forget where he parked, he was showing off, which I get because it is pretty cool. I tried it once, but it was in an empty parking lot. I'm too chicken to try the summons mode with others around.
