****Official Class Of 2027 Recruiting Thread****

Not sure this qualifies as "proof" as much as an indication. While Harrington is verbally committed, that isn't yet signed or on campus. on3 shows % likelihood of committing and has Davis the highest % (still only 1/3) leaning to ISU, and has Ann as a strong lean to ISU at 75%. The next question is ranking as different services have different rankings for the same recruits. 247 currently has Davis as #42, Harrington as #46 and Ann as #63. https://247sports.com/season/2027-basketball/recruitrankings/?InstitutionGroup=HighSchool

1) Josiah Harrington verbally committed
2) Donovan Davis - visiting this week https://www.on3.com/rivals/donovan-davis-249032/
3) Baboucarr Ann - https://www.on3.com/rivals/baboucarr-ann-249699/
I was confused when I mentioned there was no proof and somebody disagreed...since there is none.

I'd be stunned if we didn't get 2/3. Ann will be a battle but I LOVE him.

Was that the CJ Bruton/Ernest Brown class?
Yes. Martin Rancik and Paul Shirley(?). They had a game in Hilton with our class versus some high school all stars.

Edit: Shirley was the year before. Fizer, Rancik, Andy Stensrud, Paris Corner, Lee Love, and whole bunch more who never made it.

No, Brown was a few years after CJ. Henderson was the other recruit that didn’t make it to Ames. Ended up at LA Tech I believe. Paul was in the class a year prior to Fizer. Paul was in Stevie Johnson’s class I believe.

It's weird being most concerned about Nebraska over others on that list

I think because of money. Wondering if Nebraska can afford more than us in basketball. I know they can in football. I am not convinced on Ben being a great recruiter yet. So far he has been Fran like in his recruiting.
